Members StompboxMan Posted July 8, 2006 Members Share Posted July 8, 2006 Since I only hear the stab setting when I mute the strings or let the note fade into squealit seems for those moments the pitch would dart around in a pattern that could interfere with the music I'm playing. To stop it I'd have to bypass squeal with another Fuzz Factory setting on the fly.With a Fuzz Probe I can do that darting pitch change when I use my finger on the plate. Also, squeal though an OOh or Seek Wah sounds the set rhythm pattern and has a little pitch change. Even using my guitar volume can be moved in such a way to move the squeal pitch around. There are other pedals that self oscillate and can play pitch change sequences after the note fades. My 4MS Noise Swash does this. www.4mspedals.
