Members Johnstinkpants
I'm aware these are two quite different pedals but I can only afford one right now. Which one does what it does better (they cost about the same here in the UK) From the muff I want a huge sounding fuzz which would sound good for stoner rock or as a general distortion From the daddy-o I want a good marshall-sounding distortion that isn't brittle or fizzy Which one fulfils its role better? Members vigor&kandor
get the daddy-o. it has much better sounds, in my ears, than the big muff. big muff is just scooped mids, and super fuzzy. the daddy-o has a full eq that you can tweak to your liking . Members Uma Floresta
Hmm, get the Muff. The Daddy-O isn't bad, but it can get a little brittle.
