Anyone got one? I love mine:love: but I want to know how you all record your drums (assuming you would use it to record drums... I dont have any drums otherwise) because the patterns need some more fills etc.!!!

For those of you using Pro tracks plus, how much time would you put into making a drum track? All I can think of doing is pressing start, then counting the beats out for the whole song,.... then pressing stop.

Should I try another method (I am new to this whole idea of recording my stuff, so I a wondering if there were any cooler ways to do it.)

Thanks in advance!

board is for effects, not drums. Why lose your love for it? Im quite impressed with the GNX series, though id only use itl ive, and use my analogue for studio

Anyways...the way i personally record drums is my Vdrum kit that i built for 220$..or an alesis SR-16 ..im no drummer but it gets the job done

I have actually downloaded other drum tracks and uploaded them to the ProTracks where I can shift some things around fairly easily...it is somewhat time consuming to get everything right though.

Yeah...the drum machine in the GNX3K is real basic...no fills and all...but it covers the basics for some things.

I too was impressed with the GNX series and regret selling mine.

I think he lost faith in the HC board....since nobody responded to his questions within 40 minutes or so...
