Members 4Kenoath
Mine corroded up really badly in storage despite being in sealed bags with dessicators. If you go through strings quickly this shouldn't be a problem but they're supposed to have corrosion protection...not. It wasn't normal type of corrosion either. The strings got these large growths of rust apparently where the strings crossed over. All of them had it, including the acoustic strings. I won't be getting Webstrings anymore, but I do think their service and prices are good, but you get what you pay for. Just make sure you keep them in sealed bags and dry rice makes a good dessicant, then put the whole lot in a airtight container in a dark, cool place. Members psalt_phallow
there great strings for a wonderful price. I've got an old unused half set sitting around open for over 2 years (switched to flat wounds and never went back to rounds) now and their still rust free. 4Kenoath must live in a super humid environment (or at least more humid than NY), got a defective batch or they got wet. Members coz boogie 65
I've bought from them a number of times...mostly flat wounds. I've never had any problems with their service or product. I would recommend trying their strings.
Members jay3265E
I have been using webstring for a couple of years and I like them. I have purchased several gauges of strings, bass strings and flatwoulds. I have no complaints.

We've actually been enduring the worst drought (ie. very low humidity) on record here and I did store them very carefully in airtight bags. I suspect that may be some batches could have been contaminated or the chemical used in the corrosion protection went off or something like that. Anyway, every set was ruined. Webstrings did give me replacements which was good, but I would have preferred a refund. I emailed them pics of the corrosion (try photgraphing strings one day - not easy). Anyway, I don't think I'll use them anymore but if they work for you, then
