Members CHOUTMUSIC
I ended up getting 3 new pedals today after trading in some gear: Poly Phase, Little Big Muff and a Hum Debugger. This is a sample I made a little bit ago trying to demonstrate its capabilities in Stereo (use headphones if you can!). I just looped some riffs with the DD20 so I could tweak the knobs. Starts with LFO mode to Expression to Envelope. Fender Mustang > DD20 > Little Big Muff > Hum Debugger > Poly Phasehttp://download.yousendit.com/9E67210D62EB9978 http://download.yousendit.com/D5A3962873722EEA I also made a little Hum Debugger clip I will make another thread for... Members SpectralJulian
You are awesome CHOUT! How do you like the LBM? I'm loving mine.
Members CHOUTMUSIC
I really like it so far...the only bummer is you can't make it self oscillate. I was hoping it would be similar to the Poly Chorus in that way.

It does seem like there is a little bit of one, but definitely less than the 70's Small Stone I had...it also may depend on where you set the Start and Stop sweeps. I'm gonna have to use this more with my band to truly see.
Members SpectralJulian
That is one of the coolest sounding phasers I've ever heard. The square wave kicks ass. When I get one I think I'll do a box rigged with a switch that alternates between 0 ohms and 10k ohms so I could do like a tap-tempo square when plugged into the expression pedal jack. Members CHOUTMUSIC
It worked out good because the store was just unpacking the pedals when I got there and they didn't have the retail prices for the ones they haven't had yet so I got the PP for $200 and the HD for $100. Members Uma Floresta
I don't normally like phasers much, but that was pretty sweet, I must say.

Members rockboxuk
so can you use the filter option without the phaser and vice versa?
Members SpectralJulian
A phaser is a filter. In envelope mode, it just sounds like an envelope filter because it phases harder when you play harder, but you can hear the difference.
Members gr8fuldodd
kinda reminded me of the pigtronix pedal I like the effect to meld w/ the guitar signal more and be a little warmer but then again, it might have been the set up for the clip
Members CHOUTMUSIC
Originally posted by SpectralJulian You need a bigger board. Nah, this is the one I play shows with - more than enough for a show. I also use the lid of another pedal board (the board itself is being used for 2 drum machines/mixer) for my others so they are ready to hook up whenever.
