Members inscho
I had an exhuasting weekend....friday night had a big fight with the girlfriend, but we made up and had dinner at a new asian restaurant that was fantastic. saturday I spent most of the day helping a friend move, I was the only man power so I ended up doing most everything myself.....I crashed on the couched at about 6, drank a few beers, and watched movies. sunday I go to meet up with a guy out in the suburbs to jam...he sings and plays drums standing up, with the kit (excluding the kick) at waist level. We had a blast and jammed for about 3 hours...we ran through most of my material and he seemed genuinely impressed. he has a great voice....he is a little quirky, but in a way that you would expect a brilliant musician to be....and we really clicked right off the bat. when I got back to my apartment I had an email from a keys player and his myspace picture was him playing a rhodes-like keyboard, so I messaged him back and waiting to hear from him. the band reformation has begun, and it feels good. Members CapnMarvel
I had to turn off that SNL. The Tenacious D song was funny where he started to channel Dio, and a few of the sketches were okay, but that dude from Good Burger is in TOO DAMN MANY SKETCHES all the time. This froma guy who used to watch SNL religiously - the show really isn't very funny anymore. I had a Managerial Accounting final Saturday morning which pretty much wiped me for the entire day. I played Civ IV while the kids napped and then went to some hottie-tottie suburban outdoor shopping area for coffee and ice cream before watching OU kick the crap out of Nebraska. Sunday I ate waffles and watched the Cowboys. Then I made my famous spicy chicken wings and drank beer. A fine, fine day.
Members Wilbo26
I second the motion that the Good Burger guy sucks. When I saw him on SNL I was shocked, and it really says a lot about how far the show has plunged lately.

Members CapnMarvel
A definite plus for the day yesterday was finally figuring out that I can set my DMM to completely wet (no original signal, just repeats) and run it through my Bandmaster while I run my dry signal straight into the Marshall. In the garage it sounds AMAZING with a little phasing going on. I'll have to try to record it somehow. *starts GASing for microphones and preamps*. Too much fun for one night really...Saturday - Took little sister out for lunch, cured hangover with a giant burrito, bought batteries for the pedalboard, played a show at a new (to us) venue to a bunch of people, watched the headliner kick ass, drove home at 4am.Sunday - Football, worked on the mix of our EP, crashed......now, I'm at work. Definitely not tired or anything

Members RoboPimp
great weekend for me, had gigs friday and saturday. My newly aquired polychorus pedal worked great, even the drummer was flipping out about how cool it sounded for "rotary speaker" type tones. Great reception both nights on our original stuff. Lots of people dancing, lots of compliments, free beer and food and made some decent cash. Helped my woman with christmas decorations and they turned out really nice. and to top things off, Dan-o is hooking me up with a proto FKR which hopefully will be here for this weekend's gig. Thanks Dan-o, you're the man-o.
