I'm having a little trouble with my signal chain

I need some maaaajor help! I'm trying to integrate my new PH-2 into my chain and when I put it after my OD-20, it sounds great, but I can't hear my DL-4! So here are my questions:

1) Is this my amp possibly? I'm still playing on my ol' Behringer (a modelling amp) until I get my JCM900 MKIII Master Volume I got off EBay. Will this change when I get my JCM900?

2) Will this problem still be around even after I phase my OD-20 out of my signal chain and put a new OD pedal in?

3) Could this possibly be my cables?

4) Suggested signal chain? My pedals are as follows: Boss NS-2, PH-2, OD-20 and Line 6 DL-4.

have you tried to put phaser before both delays? also, when you put OD pedal in, try the phaser before and after it. i prefer phasers before dirt.

How do you power them perty boxes?

Well, I fixed it. I feel reallyyyy smart. I just put the phaser at the end of my chain and it works like a charm. And to answer your question, Yarno, I have a Boss powersupply that is plugged into the NS-2 and I use a daisy chain so the NS-2 can power the PH-2 and the OD-20. As for the Line 6, I have an official adapter.
