Members !i!i!i!i!i!
stupid question, but which one is better. a friend of mine is trying to sell me his virtually brand new dd6 since he already owns one and got an extra for christmas. now ive only heard great things about the dd3, but the dd6 has more features but ive heard the sound suffers because of this. is this true? should i hop on this deal or just take the 100 and buy a brand new dd3? Members BryanMichael
Yep- go for the DD-20. There is really no reason not to.

Members Wilbo26
I say save and go for the DD-20 if you're going to go Boss. Otherwise just get the Digitech Digidelay...I think its sounds better than the DD-6 AND its cheaper.
Members Big Boss Man
+1 on the DD-20. DD-6 has a stereo input so that is nice if you are running a stereo setup. Otherwise I don't know that any other features make it much better than the DD-3. DD-20 owns both of these and is well worth the extra cash though. It offers up to 4 secs of delay time, analog emulation (which sounds convincing enough), a loop function, tap tempo delay, and even a reverse delay effect (which I actually find to be pretty useful). Honestly, it has more features than I'll ever need, and it is built like a tank. Check it out.

The only thing the DD-6 does better is that it will self oscillate, if you're into that. Warp mode is a lot crazier due to that. I like the reverse better, too. Unless you really want one of those features, go with the DD-20.
