Members GuyaGuy Posted January 1, 2007 Members Share Posted January 1, 2007 if wired out of phase they'll cancel hum but also sound a lot thinner. the tone similar to the "quack" of a strat in the in-between positions, which are called "out of phase" but are actually more like acoustic phase cancellation.
