Members surfcat
I thought the London fuzz would require a special cable since it's a fuzz face type pedal-however, I called them and they said no, just the standard cable based on what the manual said: a 9 vlt 200ma negative center pin is required such as a Boss PSA or equivalent. The London Fuzz uses PnP transistor circuitry and is therefore a positive to ground operated unit. Is that different than what a '69 plug uses-I've read they need the reverse polarity plug, so that's why I'm confused and surprised it just needs the regular plug. Andreas, I pm'd you so if you answer here no need to answer there too.

Members Cheesey
carbon type batteries will give best results , if you email the builder , he'd likely say the same , nice guy btw.
Members BanjoKeith
You can use the typical Boss PSA-style adapter, but it will not work in a chain with other center negative effects (not sure exactly why).

Members surfcat
I'm gonna try the sag feature on the pp to see how that sounds-I've been using alkalines with it but I haven't tried carbon. I'm hoping to not need batteries but everyone seems to recommend them for fuzzes and wahs. I'll have to try it and see. Thanks.
