Members Armoredfist316
I would recomend to build your own. That way you can make it exactly how you want it and dont have to compromise. You could make an awsome one with that kind of a budget also. Or you could buy one here:http://nycpedalboards.com/

Members surfcat
Just got an NYC Pedalhead-just about 30" long with a second tier and a couple platforms for wah and Fulldrive and a little velcro for $221 shipped. The Rockon looks pretty cool but it's very small-only 20" by 12". They used to make a 24" size but it's not on the site anymore.
Members Inertiatic_SKS
You should build your own. I built my own for around $40 just using 3/4 plywood, a 24 inch piece of wood cut into 8 inch segments, a yard of fabric from Wal-Mart, a staple gun, a hammer, nails and industrial strength velcro. It only took me about 2 hours and saved me a ton of money. For only $40, I got a 2 tier pedalboard with a 32x16 base and a 22x8 second tier. I'm going to get pics of it up as soon as my cab arrives, so I can take pics of my whole rig.
Members surfcat
I'd say build your own if you can build a lid for it-otherwise you just have a board with your pedals and no good way to transport it. A keyboard bag will work if you build to the diminsions of it, but it's just a soft case. Or get an Nyc-still way under your budget-you could check out the Classic too-same diminsions as the pedalhead but tolex like a guitar case-about $40 more. I just wasn't sure it wouldn't look like a french horn case.
