Members sense_of_henry
The VOX AC 30 Brian May Custom: http://www.voxamps.co.uk/products/ac30/ac30bm.htm Why would you pay $2299.99 for an amp that you can't tweak AT ALL? http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Vox-AC30BM-Brian-May-Custom-Guitar-Amp?sku=482640 Only a volume control?! Members SwanSong68
Because it has BM's name on it and the words Limited Eddition. Not cause of practicallity thats for shure. You and I look at that and laugh while the nice people at Vox (great amps, look at my sig) know they can get some schmuck or fanboy to buy that for ten time the cost to produce it. It's overpriced bull{censored} like that where they can make easy money. It's stupid I know. This is why I don't like big companies. They're only after money, not what you and I want in an amp. Members utterhack
There's also a (foot)switchable treble/mid boost in the back that gives a little more control than it seems at first, and you can switch down to 15W operation. So there are really three controls Ultimately, though, this is one of those "one-trick-pony-but-it's-a-good-trick" deals.
