Members monkeyboy23
It's not a pedal, but I always liked the old Rockman Stereo Chorus.
Members Ben Co.
I'll go with the Analogman Clone Chorus... my fave. I owned the Choralflange and FYI they are very different from eachother; the CF seemed thinner sounding and more "hi-fi", where the AM sounds more warm and bubbly. I'd think of the CF as more of an 80's thing (to me) and the AM as more of a vintage chorus. Doesn't hurt that the AM does a great leslie thing too... esp. if you get the deep switch! -Ben
Members erksin
The DLS Chorus~Vib is the best all-around chorus I've owned (Roland/Boss CE-1, Boss CE-2, and Arion SCH-1). True bypass, stereo, TC and CE-1 style tones, excellent vibrato, Blend knob, no volume drop, Boss-style power tap, built like a tank.www.dlseffects.com
Members Electric Catfish
I have an old black label Japanese CE-2 that I hook up occasionally for s&g, but I've never been a big chorus guy. It always makes me think of Bryan Adams for some reason. I was getting some cool warbly sounds out of it last time I hooked it up, though, so I might try to work with it a little. I know some folks like those a lot, but I'm not really crazy about any chorus I've ever heard. The CE2 does sound good to me, as far as that particular effect goes, though. Members Wilbo26
If you liked the Choralflange the EHX Polychorus is considerably better IMHO. For a more straightforward chorus I've never heard a bad thing about the Analogman. There's a CE-1 clone that has been making waves around here lately but its name is escaping me at the moment. Somebody should chime in and put me in my place.

Members Wilbo26
Retrosonic That's the one. Retro Sonic Chorus. Supposed to be 80-90% of the way to a CE-1 but without the issues. I wants one myself.

Members mlabbee
If you're okay with a rack unit and you like the Boss sound, check out the CE-300. It's analog, has the classic '80s glassy chorus sound (actually has two chorus paths in the unit) and is usually pretty cheap on Ebay (I got mine for $50. Drawbacks - 1) it's a rack unit and 2) the input buffer is a bit of a pain to deal with (it's very sensitive, so going form single coils to humbuckers means having to re-set the input - it sounds really bad when it hits the red). Members jb1911
I am seriously leaning to the Analogman Clone with the deep switch at this point.... Highly recommended. I have one and it has a permanent place on my board. I don't even gas for another chorus and I gas for just about everything.
Members KBN
I have a CE-2 and I did the Monty Allums mod to it and love it. Before the mod, I liked it, but didn't love it. With the mod you get faster rates and a more full-spectrum sound. It also seems to have more vibrato wobble to it. I still run it at 12 volts though. I have my volume pedal between my modulation stuff and my delay. If I roll the tone back on my guitar, set the the chorus to some pretty heavy settings and do volume swells into the delay I get some organ sounds that remind me of watching Lawrence Welk with my grandma. Members V
Granted I'm not exactly a connoisseur of Chorus pedals as it's not one of my favorite effects, but the H2O probably has the only chorus effect I've ever really loved.
