Members CrazyMisfit
I was shopping around for a new Uni-vibe today. I am waiting around for about a half hour so they can find the stupid adapter. They find it, so I make my way to the sound room to try it out with a few different amps and guitars. All goes well until i turned on the Uni-Vibe...The freaking pedal made a huge snap/crackle and there was smoke everywhere. I started freaking out so i shut everything off right away. Turns out they gave me the wrong freaking adapter!! What the heck! So now if i want a Uni-Vibe I will have to wait... Anyways thats my story...I am glad that they didn't blame me for it. Cheers! Members CHOUTMUSIC
Bummer, a lesson learned and it was their fault. That's why I mark all my adaptors.

Members PFDarkside
What kind of a retard gets the wrong adapter? I know at least a good chunk of music store employees are mildly retarded or perpetually high, but there is a clear indication on both the pedal and adapter what voltages are required/output. At least it wasn't a used pedal that they wouldn't be able to get a replacement for.
Members shaun126
I went to a sam ash once to test out a DMM. They couldnt even find an adapter that worked with it... I havent been back.
