Members Teahead
Internal trim pots {censored}ed about with, you could try giving Bjorn a shout, he'd be more than qualified and you never know your luck... much closer than HD at least. Members Teahead
Drop him an email, you never know. I do know that Howard doesn't do Paypal, so you have the expensive Western Union option, or asking a forumite to write a personal cheque in US $ for you. Members General Delgado
Might as well send it to HD. Maybe get some mods done too. I think he does one that makes it sound like a rotating speaker.
Members ollenorin
yeah...or cash in a letter. :-) but sending back and forth would be like 60-70 bucks...and the repair could be at least another 50....thats 120 bucks for it...i paid like 75 for it used. Members Teahead
yeah...or cash in a letter. :-) That too. Just thinking, Bjorn would be swamped with the new Mad Prof. line coming out ... but then again, you could get to try his new delay when you're there! Members Non de Guerre
There's also the fact that it's a DMM. They're sort of inherently noisy by a lot of modern standards, but we deal with it because they sound so great. I've had several of them and they've always been among the noisier, more overload-prone units on the board, but I love 'em.
