Fat strat through a CLEAN Fender. Psych & classic rock mostly. I use a TS9 at the moment but finding it colours things too much & generally sounds a bit cheap - it's a clean amp that's the thing, I'm not pushing tubes into saturation here, I'm just trying to get lovely natural warm grit.

Probably going to go for one of the above, any thoughts (I can't get to try any of them with my rig)

And thanks!

Those pedals have nothing in common. The SCOD is balls out stoner rock, the Fulldrive is a TS clone, the Klon is the official boost of TGP, and the Screwdriver is arguably the nicest overdrive out there. The Silverkiss I'm not as familiar with, but it's supposed to be a highly EQ'able OD that's not based on a TS.

If you're tired of your TS-9 then I'd say stay away from the Fulldrive. For "lovely, natural warm grit" I'd have to recommend the Screwdriver. It's one of those pedals that I really don't need, but I wouldn't hesitate buying one again if a deal came up.

I'd love to get a screwdriver just cuz Marc's so cool, but the clips I've heard sounded a little bit fuzzy to me (I have that covered!)
Can it be non-fuzzy and natural? (someone convince me I need to order a screwdriver dammit!)

Oh, & is it good on a clean amp? How about the Teaser Stallion btw?

I have a Screwdriver and use my amp clean about 99% of the time. Its very, very good through Fender amps, really nice sounding.

It is actually a bit of a fuzz, and with the sharpness control all the way down it gets quite fuzzy.

I tend to keep the shaprness control quite high, just a really nice overdrive sound, really nice and natural.

Using a 1962 Fender Strat (real, original pickups, machineheads and so on) into a Fender Vibro Champ and a Mesa Boogie Mark III (sounds a little like a Twin to me) and the '62 Strat or a Strat-a-like with EMG's it sounds lovely, in fact, I've not found anything that it doesn't seem to work with. Be it a Les Paul into a Marshall, a Tele into a Vibro Champ or a Les Paul Junior into a Hiwatt, it sounds awesome.
