Members usa83strat
Ok in my efforts to control what seems to be an anxiety attack, i started looking at some guitars in MF. after some calculation i realized that im gonna have about $200 that i can basically blow on gear and i think its time for a new guitar. as i am happy with my current pedal setup. here are some of my picks: this is it so far i will keep adding more as i fin them and then i will select the top 3 and get one of them. Members comfortablynumb
I've always been impressed with the Squier Teles.. more so than the MIM Standard Teles. I don't know if I could decide between those two.. I'll go with the red one simply because I prefer single coils.. especially in the neck position. Members Wilbo26
All I can tell you is if you want to go super cheap, Yamaha is the most consistent. Otherwise try out as many as you can and find a gem.

You can probably always get your $180 back for it if you want.
Members Alex D
I like the first one. the string thru carved top. Is it neck thru? If so that alot guitar for the money. No sure about that wood though, but with the craved top it should give you a little more then if it was just a flat top. If it is a bolt on then I would say no also. The cheap guitar I really like were (are still?) those samick signature series guitar. Really nice build and never had a problem with my semi-hollow body prs clone. Very nice guitars my 2 cents

Members usa83strat
the Ibanez is a set neck, carved maple top, string thru body bridge, and mahoany body and with a 3 piece neck, the neck is nice but the short(24.75) scale feels weird as im a strat player. but what i like about it is that is a completeyl different animal to my strat. plus my strat has more twang in the bridge pup thatn most Teles ive played
