Members IceBryce
I love the Marshall crunch but i cannot use a reverb pedal as it sounds wierd when its engaged and its reverbing the input and not the crunch. Anyone?
Members Zlandicar
You're gonna have to add it elsewhere for it to sound good. Either in your computer software (if you have any) or your mixer's effects loop/record out (if you're using one).

Members comfortablynumb
Does your Marshall have an effects loop?
Members Zlandicar
Does your Marshall have an effects loop? It's still gonna go through the power amp stage. Might sound a lot better, but not as good as it should - especially if his sound's very saturated.

Might sound a lot better, but not as good as it should - especially if his sound's very saturated. keep in mind that many folks never get the volume over 2 on an amp, which'd impart no dirt/dist at all from the power stage. let the specifics of the situation guide, rather than theory. and, most folks will not bring a computer to their nightclub gigs strictly for the sake of adding verb post-amp/
