Lots of very cool, knowledgable people on the staff, but the company tries to sell itself to the employees as some kind of anti-corporate quasi-socialist utopia (which, of course, it's not). That new employee video totally {censored}ed with my head. . . It was also the only job I've had where I've said "I quit" and walked out. It felt nice at the time. There were a coouple of nice incentives, though, like an employee charge account for in-store purchases (up to $100 or something like that), and the discount was decent if I remember correctly.
