Members erksin
nice! i have checked those out before....hadn't even considered it. maybe it's something to look in for depending on how much I get for the Mesa if I sell it. I've seen them go used for as low as $1800 - 2k. Still way too rich for my blood at this point in my life...

How sweet would an Accomplice and Brown Sugar be in stereo??? yeah, i'm dreaming now!I really like Fender amps. I like the way Marshalls sound for other people but they've never really sounded right for me when I play through them.Maybe I should spend some time with a Vox before I make any decisions?????what do you think? Members erksin
I'd like an AC-15 style amp someday. My #1 love is cathode-biased 2-6V6 combos though - it's my sound. An AC-30 is a loud freakin' amp, that's for sure. And no reverb. I love how they sound, but if BF tones are what you're hearing in your head I don't think it'll satisfy. Members Fast Frets
Hmmm - around $700 to start I'd guess... I saw a really good one at the GC in Hollywood (Vintage Room) but it was over $2000. :(

Members RoboPimp
Hmmm - around $700 to start I'd guess... $700 for a BF pro reverb? sad to say, you'd be real lucky to get a SF for that much any more.Elliot, have you tried running 6V6s in your boogie? If it's too loud now that might help.

Shame I don't have the money for it, or the space in which to keep it.Also, I think my girl frieng would destroy me if I bought another amp OR guitar, let alone both.Edit: Sorry, I have no advice for you in terms of a Mark I replacement - I just had to comment on that auction. Members PFLOYDD
A Mesa Boogie MarkIII. I've been playing 30 years and am done "amp shoppin". Trust me, in Cleveland, the bad assest guitar players are using it. The amp is indestructable and best of all, it cuts through the air like nothing else will. If anybody is thinking that this 100 Watt amp with one speaker is a {censored}, I bet that nobody can stand in front of it (except a fool) at "5" or above on volume. Sorry... I didn't mean to get nasty... I'm trying to help.
