Boss PS-2

So I got this pedal the other day in the mail. Been playing with it. I can do some semi-cool things with it... but I have a Whammy, PS-3, and about 6 other delay pedals! I don't want delays and pitch shifters just to have them. I want them if they each do their own thing and/or I can really use them. I don't know if I really need this... it's hard to tweak and get any unique sounds out of it. Not sure if I should sell/trade it or not. The fact that it's vintage (stopped production in 84) tempts me to keep it... just not sure.

Anyone got any ideas for this pedal? Secrets? Tips? Things I should try before I put it in the spam thread?

Try going to the manual pitch setting, put the pitch knob at midday, cranking the feedback up, and subtly tweaking the pitch until it starts screaming at you - then wrench the pitch away and it's like when you stop a record on a direct drive turntabe "PEEWWW!"

Also - that tuner out is basically a sine wave oscillator that corresponds to where the pitch knob is set, so that can be fun too.

It's a cool pedal - Wish I hadn't sold mine!
