Members greatwhiteclark
Hey all. I recently purchased an Ultimate Octave. I love the tone. I can get great sounds out of it but, it doesn't like coming after my vox wah. I put it before but then when I use the wah it's got that weird synthy kind of tone to the sweep. Has anyone else experienced this? Anyone have any possible solutions? Any help would be great.

Members Morning Glory
I'm not familiar with the octave pedal, but is it a fuzz too? Because then you'd want an output buffer. If not, then I don't know sorry.
Members greatwhiteclark
Yeah it is a fuzz. It has the ability to add the octave or just have the fuzz. Should the buffer go before or after the fuzz?
Members warioblast
My RM Octavia does this too. It sounds like a part of Lance Lopez's song "Cardboard Sign".I wonder if adding a buffer to the wah would change anything.

I made a couple Fet buffer and it didn't fix it.
Members greatwhiteclark
I'd rather not mod a pedal that I'm otherwise happy with. The wah I mean not the fuzz. Could I just slide a buffered pedal in between the two?
