This stuff i didn't like at all. Luckily it was only $6 or so for a box of bags. Definately not my thing. I like the regular Oolong alot, but this stuff had a wierd 'woody' taste to it. All oolong tea is fermented, that is what makes it oolong tea, it's a strain of green that they ferment . . . great choice oolong tea is my favorite kind of tea . . .
