SCOD, Stupid Box or Crunch Box?

So I think I've narrowed it down...

Fat strat through CLEAN Fender, classic rock/heavy rock/psych/stoner

Already got Mayo & TS9 (probably replace with Liquid Sunshine or Screwdriver)

I want the distortion sound of a cranked amp, not too fuzzy, nice & natural & responsive. Help.

Hey Brian, I can't try any I'm afraid, being in the Grim North. The stupid box, can I get it to sound like a distorting cranked amp without too much fuzziness? Does it compare at all to the scod or crunch box? (never tried these either, but I've read a lot about them)
Thanks

If you are near london, check out vintage and rare guitars. i believe they stock all three.

no crunch box
not that ive ever seen anyway

anyway get a liquid sunshine to replace the TS9 (screwdriver is fuzzy.) then get the SCOD for the stoner/psychedelic drive.

Yes I think an LS is coming, but the scod sounds like it might be slightly too fuzzy/coloured, I've got my Mayo for stoner, I want big natural Marshall crunch through a Fender, not sure if the scod is the thing, maybe OCD, or MI Audio Blues Pro even? Still very interested in the Stupid Box. Or do I just want a Rat?

when i listen to my SCOD its not really a marshall sound (post 1970) it can do a cranked bluesbreaker type thing though. but more cranked tweed amp...

maybe get a screwdriver? and a LS of course
