Seriously... all I have wanted to do for the last two days is sit around and listen to whatever Pandora plays for me. I can't pull myself away because I get way too excited anticipating what it will play for me next... thank god this site is free.

I have enjoyed my results for the most part on Pavement radio. It has led me to a lot of other early 90's lo-fi with lots of fuzz sort of bands and a few more composed shoegaze/math rock sort of bands.

How does Lastfm work? One of my favorite things about Pandora is that I registered and that was pretty much it, I can just pull up the page and it goes. I love it when I am sick of all the music that I own and don't feel like putting out effort to find new things.

It keeps track of what music you're listening to and will create a custom radio station based on that with based on what it thinks you would like. I don't do that as much. The really cool feature is that it can keep track of a group of people, I.E. the FX group we have going, and create a radio station for that group, and it keeps track of what we're all listening to and creates charts that keep track of who the most popular artists were amongst us. Worth checking out for sure. :thu:
