Members Splendor
Are they any good? Every time I see one in a store it doesn't have any real information about what's on it.
Members Trodden
i've only seen meeting people is easy.. i loved it, lots of performance and interesting stuff.. you really get a feel for what it was like to be them as they exploded during ok computer, and the soundtrack is great
Members Faber
I otoh didn't like Meeting People Is Easy. Good performance footage, but it seems to be wilfully disjointed and "artistically" jumpled to the point where, for me at least, it got in the way of actually getting a feel for the people portrayed
Members Trodden
agreed, its over the top artsy, but nevertheless worth netflixing.

Members jimmyc84
yeah, there's the astoria one. it is really good but it's from 1994 so pretty old. got some good greenwood action though
Members english_bob
Live At The Astoria - does what it says on the tin. Filmed just before the Bends was released, it's got lots of Bends songs on it, and some Pablo Honey stuff, and a stray B-side as well IIRC. 7 Television Commercials - has the videos to the Bends and OKC singles. Meeting People Is Easy - fly-on-the-wall doc following the band on tour after OKC. All very good.
Members skylab
Meeting People is Easy does have good concert footage.. (Lucky) and the 5.1 is really well mixed... but aside from that it paints a really good picture of a band thrown into the fray... and eventual burn-out as their world tour progresses. Annoying thing about the DVD is that you can't pick chapters so it's a visual fast forward to the goodies after your first sit through. There is a scene where Thom is live mixing the song Palo Alto.. (B side), that gives me frikin CHILLS every time I watch it.
Members skylab
Palo Alto...... Just listened to it for the millionth time.. That song f**king rips.

Members TZR
i got one that was like Rock AM Festival or something like that. 22 songs played just after amnesiac was released. it is awesome... but the packaging looks like it's a bootleg. good quality though. Members dsotm321
I actually just bought Meeting People Is Easy a couple days ago. It has great footage of them being on tour, doing interviews, working on songs etc...but I suppose it was edited to show how mind numbing the tour was, so parts can be disorienting at times. I'd say it's worth watching if you're a Radiohead fan.

Members Zooey
Was Live at the Hammerstein ever released commercially? That's the one MTV aired in 1997. I enjoyed that one a lot (though Yorke's pitch is all over the place).

I thought it was very well done. Don't understand how it'd be hard to watch, unless you don't like Radiohead.
