Members fuzzface71
didnt u say u were gonna decide tonight ? The decision was pretty much, if I was gonna put money down on the Deluxe Reverb. Or try and go meet the guy with the Super Reverb. Now, I think I'll either go Z or the tweed. I just have to try the tweed with my band and see, what happens. Though, as you know my FIRST real choice was the Z. This was my GAS since last year, when I was a student for a year. Members fuzzface71
So, I went back to the store which sells the Deluxe Reverb, and offered him $700, but he won't budge.
Members fuzzface71
More update (for anyone who cares) Right now, I'm thinking of going with the DRRI. It has reverb, trem and 22 perfect watts. If I decided to get rid of it in the future, I could probably still get my money back. The Z is hard to find used with the perfect price. I really need to be patient , finding one. The Tweed..I don't know..$1000 is a lot of cash, with something that has no resale value. If the Deluxe Reverb don't sell by next Friday. It might be a sign that the amp is for ME.

Members 4Kenoath
I think you need to let go of this 're-sale value' thinking and just buy the amp that you have the best feeling/instincts about.Buying an amp with the re-sale value in mind is very self fulfiling IMHO.
