Members Midrange
My DMM is killer for chunking up my mojo, and adding a bit of spooge. But I was thinking about adding a nice clean repeating delay to my board. Dare I go digital!Any ideas?
Members Mad Max
Digidelay, DE-7, DD-20. Also...Korg 301DL and the Akai Headrush have good solid digital delays WITH hi-cut controls so you can make the repeats as clear or as dark as you like. Members Zlandicar
+1 on the DigiDelay. I just got mine today and it's more fun than a cat with a cheezburger.
Members Mad Max
Hmmm, good point. It will get you the Korg though, but I agree on the DE-7, kinda pointless compared to the Digidelay if you're going to use it as an actual digital delay. Members chump5150
+1 But the DD-5 prices are starting to get way up there, over $150...
Members Scotty J
DD-3 would be my choice.

Members tom_s252
I've got a Digidelay, and it does everything one could wish for at that price. I'm loving the reverse delay - what's everyone else's favourite feature?
Members inscho
dude I have a dml10 for sale in the spam thread....a terrific digital delay...does DMM like modulation and can be set like flanger too.
Members brianholton
I've had my DD-5 for 5-6 years and I still love it. So even for $150 it's got my vote!
Members capnbringdown
Why would you buy a dd-5 for $150 when you could get an used dd-20 for that or less?
Members phishmarisol
Seriously, go for a used DD-20. You can find them all over for like $150 shipped and it will end the need to look for anything else digital.
Members shawnc
Just bought the Marshall Echo pedal, sounds really good, plus has a trail feature and an expression pedal out option.
Members DLDude
I've seen 2 or 3 DD5s for ~$90. Also an Echo Park (line 6) goes for 70-80 on Ebay these days, which is a good price.
Members Dmantis
Boss makes some of the best value to performance DD's in the world. I got the DD-20 and it's awesome. There single pedal delays are nice as well just don't do as much . If your willing to savee up another 79.99 , for 179.99 the DD-20 can be yours and worth the wait. Members ArrMatey
i have borrowed a dd3 and i love it.I have a de-7 which is pretty cool but not as good as the dd3 in my ears but I like it to be a bit more muffled in its repeats. Kinda like a perfectly clean delay and an analog one. The de-7 will do a good job.
Members formisano
I've got a DD-3, that I love. Simple, easy, works great, sounds great. I got mine used on ebay for $65. The title said "Digital Display" instead of Digital Delay! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170068740612
Members wednesdaysworse
If you are on a real budget, the Arion's are real sleepers - analog or digital. I've given up my boutique stuff...... Just treat the plastic stuff right.
