Members adeanb
What is the best era? Good quality from Gibson and reasonable used prices. I know a 50/60s guitar is 20 grand and their quality right now is questionable. Looking for a thinner neck like a classic 60 has.
Members Zlandicar
As much {censored} as Gibson/Epiphone catches for their quality control, I have never played one that wasn't awesome. But then, I am a lefty, and only the good stuff tends to ever become widespread enough to warrant lefty production...

Members EL KABONG
get a paul reed smith, they are like blending a strat with a les paul, i love the dragon 2 pickups as well.
Members Heineken
Can't beat a 70's or 60's fot shure. But those fetch big $$$. Anything from the 90's up 'till now is great, just stay away from the 80's models.
Members dangerous dan
Check out the Epi Les Paul Classic, has 60's neck. Or a Gibson LP studio, which are the cheapest Gibbo LPs you can get, but I think they are all 50's necks. Also thick about the p-up's. Do you want HB, mini HB, P-90's, LP classic with ceramic HB... etc. Or get an Epi and upgrade the p-up's.
