Xpression Users Please Help !!!

I just got this device (using a 3 channel Dual Rectifier) and wanted to "fatten" my distortion tone using about 20ms delay and nothing else. The delay parameters are very confusing to me (did not do well in high school) and wanted your advice on how to dial in a nice delay that pretty much makes your sound bigger

 

For the following values what would you recommend:
