Members Televator
Even though I typically like Gretsch guitars, I don't really like this one. There's just something a little strange about the shape, like it's part tele and part les paul, and those fretboard inlays are terrible--very unflattering. I really like this guitar, other than the inlays (which do look horrible). I like the humbuckers.

Members therhodeo
Rev doesnt have one I dont think. Him and I were drooling over one he found for sale. It looks like the Chet Atkins but it doesnt have all the knobs and switches. I dont know much about them except they had Dimarzios and Roy Clark used one alot. Members Ultradust
Baldwin did a lot of retarded things managing their purchase, one was trying to win '70s rockers over with the Axe. Too little too late? I was around a vintage Super Axe (w/o) effects panel a little while back and found it to be an interesting LP alternative, but it was hard to get used to how thin the thing was. With a lower bout a good "17 across, it's quite a large solidbody to have a barely over 1"-thick double bound body. Terada made the non-effected reissues through the 90s and were still available up until a year or so back, but things seem to have dried up over there since. I like how they resurrected Chet's original idea by making the square inlays dotted like dice, as available on the Japnese reissues. Baldwin thought that was stupid and shot it down back in the '70s. From what I can tell, the Fender factory ones are true to the balwdin originals.
