Members inscho
I noticed last night that the pickguard I put on my tele fits great except for a little part overhangs into the neck pocket...I don't have to do an angled cut or anything. Should I just borrow someones dremel?
Members Mr.Kickass
What does it mean if you have a dream about teaching a monkey how to drive? The monkey kept giving me highfives, if that makes any difference.

Members M900
Pickguards are really sof, and it's easy to {censored} it up with power tools (I speak from experience). The easiest way for me to do minor adjustments is by scraping with a sharp knife. I actually did this with the control plate carve on my tele pickguard and it worked well. I tried to use my Dremel to route soapbar holes on my SG pickguard and I wound up with an aftermarket pickguard on my SG! c

Members bowlingshirt
For minor adjustments, you can use a metal file to reshape and smooth the pickguard.

Members lostandfoundpdx
i would use a file homie, and just sandpaper it down smoothe when you are done. that way you won't go ape{censored} with a dremel and accidentally carve a hge gouge in it or something. Members The Great Waldo Pepper
I always used a jewlers saw:http://www.misterart.com/store/view.cfm?group_id=7007043&store=001 Let the saw do the work. Dremels are ok but the high RPM tends to melt plastic and it looks messy. I've also used files.
