Members fuzzinator
KR Mega Vibe is the truest to the original Uni-Vibe. The Sweet Sound Mojovibe seems to get the best all around reviews.

Members Strato-Rich
If you are looking for a good vibe cheap, check out the voodoo labs mini vibe. I had one and it was a decent pedal, especially for used prices.

Members squareking
Fulltone Mini Deja Vibe I'm borrowing my friend's Deja Vibe right now...it gets soo close to the classic Vibe sound, but there isn't enough throb.
Members Fast Frets
I think Elliot Damage has a Retroman Uber Vibe and really likes it because of the adjustable filters.
Members mrmax
Roger Mayer Voodoo Vibe :thu: , Actually the Digitech JHE pedal's Vibe sounds great, the problem that I have with it is that the effect is too fast unless I keep my foot on the pedal all the time(I sold my original Univibe from the 70's when the Voodoo Vibe proved to be a sturdier replacement). Sweet sound Ultravibe was good (sold it also). With the exception of the Voodoo Vibe most Vibes don't have the capability to rotate super slow ,like the original Univox Shiftee Univibe (Shin ei). I want to try the Electrode Tube Vibe, BBE is coming out with their Vibe, 3-13-07 (Soul Vibe), I'll try that too. :thu:
Members jay3265E
My personal favorite is the vibe in the Captain Coconut which has become a difficult commodity to have these days. But nothing has sounded as good to me. Also mentioned in the thread here as a cheaper option is the Voodoo Labs Microvibe. I also have one of these and I like it quite a bit. Seems like a real jem for the money to me. The popularity contest would tell you that the Sweetsound mojo vibe is the one most guys around here play and it certainly seems like it deserves the title. I've yet to hear a bad thing about them.

And of course a current forum favorite, the Danelectro Chicken Salad (bonus points if its rehoused...) sounds pretty darn good for such a cheap pedal. Members StompboxMan
Prescription Vibe Unit-A sonic clone of the original Univox Uni-Vibe. Features crystalline tone that no other vibe on the market can match. Winner of the Guitar Player Univibe shootout. This unit is built with industrial quality and has unmatched reliability. Members kittycaster
The vibe that's on my pedalboard is the Provibe. I also own a Deja2 and Voodoo-Vibe. I used to have a Micro-Vibe. I've played the Ultra-Vibe. I've tried out the KR Mega-Vibe. If I were vibe-less, the one I'd buy is the Mega-Vibe, hands down. The Micro-Vibe was actually quite nice. Only problem was it didn't have much headroom and overloaded easily if there were gain pedals in front of it. The Deja2 is close... I love the form factor of the built-in speed pedal... but the throb doesn't get deep enough, and it overloads easily as well to me. The Voodoo-Vibe is very unique - kind of hi-fi or something.... but it has a lot of sounds in it that the other vibes can't get. Too big for my pedalboard though. The Ultra-Vibe (essentially the same as the Vibe-Unit - made by Bob Sweet) was quite nice, very deep, wide sweep. The Provibe generally makes me happy, and as part of the CC2 trio, it is a no-brainer for my pedalboard. But that Mega-Vibe had somethin' special goin on........ I'm curious to hear what the new Foxrox standalone vibe will be like...
Members thebazaar
the CC2. if only because of the env. control speed. fun setting. but you also get a great fuzz and octavia effect too others ive tried.. lovepedal. great vibe on a budget. one knob. not too many tones to speak of, but it would suffice any machinegun/little wing-aspiring guitarist. voodoolabs. swooshy. nice vibe, but left for dead by the lovepedal red witch moon phaser. very vibe-like phaser. i found owning it a little redundant when owning a CC2. but it is a very sweet effect. lotsa throb. fulltone deja2-nice tone and the effect is very good, and having it in a foot controller was fun. but the effect isnt very full on. got lost a lot in fuzz. great when clean though. much cleaner than all the others.
