Members NappyDugOut
I bought it because I had a store credit for $100 and it's one of the best pedals I have(if you like AC/DC and the like)!!!!!!!
Members lostandfoundpdx
i had one for a few years and i loved it... it only got knocked out of position by my rat, and i had to sell the MD-2 in rough times.
Members surfcat
So is it comparable to a Rat II? Cause I have one already. And I don't need more gas.

Members space cred
I saw a dude play reggae/jazz with a MD-2 through a deville or deluxe or something (newer fender) and it was really REALLY nice. He was sitting in with Ernest Ranglin if anyone's heard of him. I couldn't believe it at first, but it goes to show that you can never judge a pedal by what it's "supposed" to be for. Members dacat
i tried the various boss pedals at gc, and it was my fav.... i wondered why the pedal experts here did not mention it.
Members vigor&kandor
does great low-medium gain. you just have to tweak it, and keep the gain boost below 9 'o clock

Members Agreed
does great low-medium gain. you just have to tweak it, and keep the gain boost below 9 'o clock Yep, a great, fuzzy crunch. I don't know why people hate it. I've been evangelizing since I joined. Bought it for distortion, kept it for mid-gain fuzzy crunch with no fizz and all the bottom end control you'd ever want. Members Craven Morehead
First rule of md2 aficionado club is don't talk of the md2. Ever. Or its mojo will be trivialized... Everyone clear out, nothing to see here.......
