Members rxnet
Trying to make a decision here and have seen many reccomendations. From what I've searched and liked so far are the following: 1. NYC board with voodoo pedal power plus 2 added 2. MPS Pedal Pad XL board with power pad 2 3.Modular pedal board (but way too expensive) pedalboard.com I do like the two-tier to hide the power supply or if the board was slanted enough to put in the back I do like carpet (sorry ...old school) Whats your opinion on those 3 or other choices based on what I've posted...Is the power pad in the MPS as good as the voodoo pedal power?? thanks for the help!! Members 1923ford
i had the pedal pad xl...but that board is HUGE...way to big for the smaller stages i play on. so i got the next size smaller unit. the pedal pad is very versatile in how you can arrange the pedals and they can either be placed on a slope or flat depending on how you fasten the metal plates. its a very clean setup with all the cables outta sight. the power pack is very quiet and easily powers most any pedal...but i don't think it works on the 18v pedals, but i am not sure about that.
