what should I use to drill PCBs?

I decided to start building my own effects. I've got all the equipment, and made my PCBs, but now I'm stuck. The tiny little drill bits that I'm supposed to use to make the holes in the PCB are too small for the chucks on both my drills. Is there an inexpensive drill that anyone uses with these tiny bits? I know I could just buy the PCBs (everything I'm building is from General Guitar Gadgets), but I've already made them minus drilling the holes.

Hand drills will be a little awkward. I use a drill press. I picked one up for about $40.00.

exactly what i was going to say.

Get a cheap used drill press, or you may be able to find a dremmel tool to do the job with the right attachments.

the drill press will probably be cheaper though. more of an issue of whether or not you have somewhere to put it.
