Digitech SGS-2112 and biasing (new tubes)

I've had a SGS-2112 for a number of years. I notice now that sometimes the sound is noticably colder and harsher than other times. I can't help but think that it's time to get some new tubes, as I've had this thing for ages. I'll get the same type of tubes as before, but I would like to know if it's possible to rebias the SGS-2112, and what the stock bias setting is?

If the sound is cold/harsh (like it sometimes is - though being very picky here), maybe this can be attributed to a cold/low bias setting - and setting the tubes slightly hotter would fix this?

Oh, by the way - I have an old software version. Is the latest upgrade (if still available) 2.10 better in sound quality in any way? I only use the tube and solid state overdrive mainly, and some chorus, phaser and leslie and reverb effecs. I don't need the new effects.

Thanks. I hope anyone can answer these questions. That would be great. :)

Thanks for reading.
