Pedal mods / true bypass loops - IS THIS POSSIBLE?

OK, ignore my last 2 posts. I just had a look at the wiring diagram and figured this might work, so I've re-worded my original post to make more sense:

I had a brainwave just a few minutes ago. I want to get an EQ pedal to run after my beaver. I'd ideally like to be able to turn the EQ/Beaver combo on and off with just one stomp.

I know I could place the 2 in a true bypass loop, but that got me thinking if I could just mod the Beaver for something else....

Is it possible to add a send and return jack to the Beaver so that the loop becomes part of the circuit? The idea being that the EQ would be left permanently on, but would only come into my signal chain when the Beaver is engaged - AND the original footswitch would do this on its own.

I want it to run post muff circuit, so I had this idea:

Connect the PCB 'out' to a send jack, and connect the return jack to lug 7 on the footswitch.

Would this work, or am I oversimplifying things here?

it would work; i've thought about this myself...

you could go one further by having the fx loop on a 2nd footswitch.
