Today I got my new Carl Martin Chorus. It's freakin' awesome. Thick, deep, warm sound. No {censored}in way to get that annoying thin chorus sound that I hate. The vibrato setting is also awesome, it makes the chorus even deeper and gives a warm lushy vibe to the tone. I run it in preamp and IMO it's better that way. In can work as a booster for leads.... Not a clean booster though... It adds a real cool tone to octave leads and random picking. Also great when you turn the speed knob to about 12:00. Then you get that vibrating Machine Head/John5-like sound in some distorted phrases.

I'll try to record some clips tomorrow. Today I'm gonna eat all evening :)

MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.s. I have to give credit to Santa for delivering my pedal on Christmas :)

Something for the eye :

OK dudes so I recorded something on my Carl Martin Classy Chorus.

The first bit is the clean channel of my 5150 (pupswitch in mid position so both sh1 and sh5 are on), then you get the chorus only with rate max, speed 9:00, depth 12:00, level 8:00, then the same with vibrato and chorus, and then you get the same, only with other settings. That's rate max, speed 13:00 or 14:00..., depth 15:00, level 8:00.

Enjoy:http://www.sendspace.com/file/tcc7qf

Tomorrow I'll record some with distortions and od's.
