Members Julien1843
Hello, I'm having big problem with my Fernandes Sustainer. I just opened it to see if i can change settings, but i made a mistake it seems, because one pots fell And another one just after!! Just after the 1st fell, the sustainer was not working anymore, in both mode, standard & harmonics, not at all. BUT the system was still working, i mean the active pickup. So i don't understand! Problem is i can put back the little plastic thing, i don't understand how it should be on this... It's bad I hope some people have mounted & experienced problems with sustainer, so they could help me!

Members Saturnine10
Do the white cap thingys have any metal on them, or are they just plastic?
Members Tommy Horchata
I used to be in a band for a very short time w/ the old sales manager from Fernandes. He told me some serious horror stories about that company and their business practices. I think the Sustainer is an awesome and inspiring piece of gear, but I'm very wary about any of their products for reliability and playability. Hope it all works out for you. Members gambit
i don't think i entirely understand what happened but some trim pot settings will kill any sustainer action.. i presume you have turned these around and tested them in different positions? Members succubus
The wipers are off two of the pots.It ain't gonna work that way.You either need to get the white part to stay on or replace the trim pots.
