Members FingerBliss
I have the most debt acquired for the sake of pedals. I think this board totals around $2500. Beat that suckers!

I doubt this guy went into debt over this stuff. Either way, I like some of the stuff on yer board.

Members Noise...
Those pedals cost you $2500? Even at brand-new price I don't think those add up to that. Fail #1. You have no DMM. Or SMMH. Or even a DE7. Fail #2. You're tuning with a TU-2. This one counts double. FAIL #3 AND #4. Yes. Overall, you fail at impressing us. Now...

Members Coma Larkin
Dude, I think you failed at something. And that something was winning. When you fail at winning, it means you lost. This means that you are the one who lost. People who lost get called losers. So watch out that no one calls you that, 'cause they're ready to. Those people, I mean. Members t_e_l_e
Pfft, all that nice stuff, and you're tuning with a TU-2?.. yeah thats what i thought too, having the tu-2 in the signal chain ruins everythingFailed

Considering that they each are (about) 250 then it actually comes pretty close. Though still not the most expensive board by far. Where is teh Nitefly? Members Destructobot
That's funny, the other day I realized that my board only has two things I paid more than $120 shipped for, and one of them is my PP2+. I was so happy!

Members johnrambo
can someone explain whats wrong with the tu-2? there's absolutely nothing wrong with the tu-2. i have no idea where everyone comes up with this stuff. there are thousands of gigging/professional musicians out there that tu-2's seem to work just fine for. Members t_e_l_e
can someone explain whats wrong with the tu-2?nothing wrong with the tu-2 itself, but having the tuner permanent in your signal path, with a buffered non true bypass disturbs signal quality.having a true bypass A/B box, on goes to amp one to tuner could work wonders avoiding noise and tone loss.so having a soo nice and expensive board and not careing about basic rules of signal quality is definitely a failed
Members tatoi
well, all Boss pedals have a buffer which some people consider annoying, although I think half of them don't really know how the tone changes.those guys start having the true-bypass hype. a buffer changes the high impedance signal to low impedance. this is to prevent noise and signal loss... Members monkeyland
there is nothing wrong with the TU2. it tunes very well. it isn't quit as accurate as others but really what does .01 of a cent count live. and of course there is the buffer argument. people get too caught up in true bypass and such. it actually can be good to have one or two buffered bypass pedals in your chain. some pedals though don't have a very good bypass. the boss one is decent though until you start stacking too many of them then it can get a little funny. just use your ears. really though nothing would have gotten said if it wasn't for the somewhat bragging nature of the post. my first thought was that a strobostomp would have been more appropriate given the context of the post.
