Members silver_jubilee
John Frusciante for me Nothing over the top, very subtle, but effects-wise he has used some brilliant techniques in the studio on his solo records and with RHCP Who else is up for nomination? Members Crxsh
Probably John or Mike Einziger. Then again, Tom Morello could be in that mix ... even though he only uses 3 FX.

Members veil
Mike Einziger. You know, that's a good vote. Despite the horrible corniness his band took on, he's a really great, unique player with not only a great sense for tone but also for interesting playing. I wish he would do something else. Members garyfanclub
Radiohead probably, maybe not so much on the recent album. Incubus literally makes me want to shoot myself, no seriously. Are you guys serious when you listen to that stuff?

He did, its called Time Lapse Consortium....its Incubus minus brandon and kilmore, and add a couple other folk. Very jazzy, funky stuff. Search the internet for it. +1 for Einziger, his board is huge, but even live he uses damn near everything on there once or twice.

Members sabriel9v
This is a pretty biased thread. But I'd say Tom Morello utilizes his effects in the most unique fashion.
