Members Jeremy Skrenes
Get a wah pedal. Or a Bad Monkey. I mean, you're kind of comparing apples and oranges. Except that you have a bunch of apples already so I'd say get an orange. Unless you really like delays and there's something the RE20 can do that your current delays can't. Members Collapse
I really like the RT-20, but I can't tell you whether one of those is absolutely better in general than the other.

Members chu2
The RT-20 is kinda gimmicky, in my opinion, and you can get the same basic sounsd out of an Arion SCH-z chorus with the rate cranked up three quarters of the way. Trust me on the arion thing, I have it set to simulate leslies on my board. Or just buy the Danelectro Rocky Road. Same basic pedal without the multitude of modes or the spinning lights. That said, I agree with whoever said to save for a real, tape, space echo. Sure, it breaks down, and the tapes wear out, and the elecrolytic caps need to be replaced every so often, but it's cool. Or buy one of these:http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Hiwatt-CTE-Custom-Tape-Echo?sku=152500
Members acdc518
I just got a RE20 and a PS3. i love the RE. its probably my favorite pedal behind my tweaked PDS20/20. i haven't gotten to play the PS3 because i'm at college but if you want i'll let you know how they compare this weekend when i go home. Huge. I have owned them all, its not a very close comparison.

But I could get sounds out of the rotary ensemble that I got out of my Arion when I tried out the Boss at my local Guitar Center. However, I haven't compared them side to side, only what I know from friends' setups.
Members Gloryboy1981
It sounds like you just want to buy pedals for pedals sake. Why not actually decide what sounds you want before you make all these impulse buys?
Members aaland_brian
I have tried quite a few choruses, and none could do the Leslie simulation even close to the RT-20. My Bi-chorus could get kinda close but it just didn't have the same 3-D sound. The fact that you can ramp and have a brake really give you a ton of options over a standard chorus. The overdrive is pretty bad though and I never use it. I also have a RE-20 and would recommend it over the RT-20 if you can only get one since I like think it's one of my favorite delays ever. But the RT-20 does so many more sounds, that it cant even come near. It's not even a fair comparison.

Members Lanefair
You own an echo park? Then buy a rotomachine module and try it out in your tonecore pedal. The rotomachine is an awesome leslie sim. I doubt the RE-20 can be so much better than the echo park that it warrants buying to be honest.
