Members thezeng
i was looking at the manual, and it seemed to tell me that you could have either only 9v outputs, or 12v and 16v outputs. not a mixture. is this the case?i was thinking of getting this over the pp2+
Members andrew_k
I'm running a mixture of the two without a problem.
Members IRG
You can run either or. I have one, but only need it for 9v at this point. There are small little switches on the bottom for changing from 9-12. ANd for 18, you can do this too I believe, but it uses up 2 spaces. I only have 1 18v pedal, and I have that hooked up to a DC Brick on my modulation board. The Supa Charger is quite nice, almost 2-3 times the size and heft of a DC Brick, built very well. And cheaper than a PP2+. Only thing it doesn't have is an AC outlet plug in the back of the unit, but not a big deal to me.
Members andreas
According to the specs listed, the Supa-charger does everything the PP2+ does, except the "sag" feature. Outputs 1-4 and 7-8 are 100mA and individually selectable 9/12 volts, while outputs 5-6 are 200mA and selectable 9/16 volts. It doesn't have an accessory AC outlet, but OTOH it has an input voltage selector (so us EU folks can buy one cheap from the US ) /Andreas
