Members Lanefair
I've got a true bypass looper with a delay/reverb loop and a solo/octave loop. I have an Echo park in the delay loop and I thought, if I got a small looper and put it in the solo loop, I could run that to the right input/output of the echo park. So I could have access to delay in both loops. If you're wondering whyI'd want this, it's because one loop is in the amp fx loop and one is before the amp. So essentially I could have the option of where to place the effect. I wouldn't use the two at the same time anyway so phasing wouldn't be an issue. Members krisnrg
I'd be curious about this too...
Members mike.sartori
I like to run single channel amps without effects loops so I don't have to do stuff like that. I do love stereo though. I am really considering a way to run a quadraphonic rig.
Members monkeyland
i doubt that phasing would be much of an issue anyway. seems like there could only be a few ms between in front and the loop
Members gambit
that should work. and should sound pretty damn good. if you did use both loops at the same time with a ping pong delay, it'd be like having 2 delay pedals.. one pre and one post amp.. but then would that create a massive screaching feedback loop?! Members tubetonez
It should work, as long as you patch both in and out. It could make some slight difference in the delay tones, if you were using a stereo effect like ping pong echo that in mono mode combined both, then you'd only hear one side at a time.
