I have some questions about this effect box. I have purchased this a while ago, it had some great sound, and really enjoy how easy it is to operate. However, the problem I'm having is creating my own sounds.

I want to be able to replicate some other guitarist sounds such as Dimebag, Zakk Wylde, Randy Rhoads, Angus Young, etc. I have found where I configure the sound types, it has a variety of options such as amp modelling, pickup modelling, etc, but I don't know what specifics I should be netering in here.

For those of you interested in helping and do not have the product, this is what I have to work with;

1) DYNA (Dynamics & Pickup Modeling) These are dynamics-type effects such as compressor and auto-wah that modify the tone and pickup modelling effects.

2) AMP (Amp Modeling) The fifteen types BTQ CLN-FUZZ are guitar amps, and the ten VALVE-UKMAJOR are bass amps. SYNTH is a synth for both guitar and bass.

- Distortion, Low Range, High Range, Mid Range, Volume are configurable.

3)CAB (Cabinet Modeling) This simulates the acoustical characteristics of the amp's cabinet. This is especially effective when you are not using an amp (when using headphones, connecting to a mixer or hard dish recorder or audio device, such as what I use this device for). The eleven 1X8TWD-4X12VIN are guitar amp cabinets and the twelve LA 4X10-COMBI are bass amp cabinets.

4)MOD (Modulation & Filter Effect Modeling) These are modulation and filter-type effects such as chorus, flanger, phaser, and pitch shifter.

5) DLY (Delay Modeling) These are spatial-type effects for which you can set the delay time by the interbal at which you press the TAP Button.

- Time delay, effect delay are configurable.

6)REV (Reverb Modeling) These are soatial-type effects that add spaciousnes to the sound.

7)NR (Noise Reduction) Use the Valua Dial to adjust the depth of the noise reduction that is applied. Increasing tis valua will produce more noise reduction. Normally you will adjust this so that you do not hear obstructive noise when the strings are lightly muted.

Effect Types:

DYNAMICS & PICKUP:

COMP, DYNAEXC, VOX WAH, WAHUP1-2, WAHDWN1-2, SLOWATK, OCTAVE, RING, RINGUP, RINGDWN, AC SIM, HUM>SGL, SGL>HUM, HF TONE, PHASOUT, COMP2, LIMITER, B OD, B DIST, B FUZZ, PREAMP1-2, BALANCE, LOWCUT, FRETLES

AMP:

Sorry for the double post. I wanted to add a question:

Where can I find the exact Amp, Cabinet, Pickups, Effects, High/Mid/Lows that a guitarist is using? This might help me quest for sound on my effect box!
