Members thezeng
how do you listen to stereo effects with headphones, if you only have one amp. is it possible? i was reading a review on guitar one, which said "i decided to audition it with headphones, and i could hear the notes ear to ear crawling down my throat..etc"do you need 2 amps to listen to something in stereo with headphones? Members Lanefair
The DD20 has a headphone out, and it has stereo ins, so you could put a DD20 at the end of the chain and do it that way. Amps have nothing to do with headphones, unless we're talking cheapo practice amps with headphone jacks on them.
Members thezeng
yer, the guy was talking about a stereo polyphase if that helps. would an RC-2 work? no im guessing because its not stereo?
Members Lanefair
I would only listen to stereo pedal effects through headphones if I was a) playing clean, or b) playing through some kind of amp modelling or speaker modelling device (most multifx's have them nowadays). An RC-2 won't work, but with the right adapters you could plug there stereo outs of a polyphase into some headphones, but it would be better to go through a mixer first.
