Chorus Pedals

I'm looking to buy a chorus pedal but I don't know which one to get. My favorite chorus sound is Prince's. It's very clear and he never has to much going. And I know he's real big into Boss. I'm not trying to cop his sound exactly, but I like how smooth his chorus is, and kinda wanna use his as a foundation of my own. But there's the Chorus Ensemble and the Super Chorus. Which one would be better, and what are the differences???

there both meh as far as the digital versions go... if you buy one used check the serial numbers on them see if they were made before 2000. They were made analog before 2000 and are considerably better. Or buy a used ce-2 or ce-3 for the cheapz.

Ibanez CS-9

I love my cs-9. Definitely smooth, very clear, and at lower levels, you don't notice the chorus very much at all, you're just left with a really great sounding, thick tone. Mine's from the 80's though, so I don't know how the reissues compare.
