Members schecterc1lh
i like just about every brand really, just depends on what style you play.
Members dap99
I loves me my MESA Tremoverb. It's able to either nail or approximate all the "classic" tones I like as well as get a little heavy for when I'm feeling saucy! Nothin' like crankin' up the gain and laying into the opening riff of Seek and Destroy! The TOV is great b/c it's got Reverb, Tremolo, two channels (each w/ 2 modes), FX loop, and I took it out of it's Combo enclosure and got a custom Tan Grille in the new head shelf and 4x12. I guess a pic is in order: My TOV Not a fan of the weight, but love the tone!
Members veil
Pretty much any nice tube with a good clean channel works for me. I'm happy with most stuff.PS I should also note that my two main amps are Fenders. So maybe I should have voted Fender?
Members Destructobot
Fender, because they have that great reverb, overdrive in a unique and awesome way on their own, and with pedals can give you any sound you want. Runner up goes to Orange/Matamp/Electric Amp because they're just so cool.
Members kismet78
Partial to my Sovtek Mig60, although I suppose that could fall under "marshall". Just picked up a Sunn model t reissue, too.
Members TechBrother
I think anyone who limits themselves to one brand of amp is crazy. With the exception of budget Kmart amp manufacturers I think every brand has at least one amp I like.
Members SharkMinusBear
Orange > Fender > Marshall for me.... haven't played a Vox yet.

And the Epiphone Blues Custom absolutely kills. the guys in the Hold Steady use them and pwned when I saw them live last year. I had an Orange AD30TC, but didn't really love it. Members 89strat
Fender for me. I play a deluxe reverb, it works.....always.
Members Holey Lint Trap
Fender then Ampeg then Marshall for me. I have to mess with an Orange or Vox.
Members TomCTC
I love Mesa/Boogie for the distorted tones, but a Vox w/Blues is where it's at.

Members parrotheada1a
My main amp is a Hughes & Kettner, and I have a vintage Peavey in the closet. H&K's don't seem to be that common... which is great for me because I don't want my tone to sound like a clone of somebody elses'. But Peavey... considering how long they've been in the buisiness, they shoulda made the list just for being a music icon alone.
Members aeroslepperin
i love fender cleans i love marshall od / distortion but i play a hiwatt and i love that too i also love ampeg. ... and sour patch kids too.
Members kyrreca
I like a lot of brands, but I'm partial to Rivera since I love my M100 so much.
Members frankiej
both my amps are vox's. The Ac15 is amazing for cleans and thats why i love it, and although my Da5 is well ya Da5 if you stick a Eq in front of it, it gives you a pretty good tone for a 5w ss amp. Members TheGareth
I haven't played proper Marshall or Fender tube amps but I think this Cornford I have is the best amp I've ever played. I honestly think it would be a very tough amp to beat sonically.
Members sdresdre
i will always be a fender man. nothing sounds better than an old twin IMO.

Members johanwastaken
It was hard to choose between Vox and Fender. I love them both but in different ways. I voted Vox.
Members fadedjoy
fender and orange. i'd like to get a dr.z head next.
Members Bigsnake
For the price, I really like all the Fender Tube amps I've played on. I really really love my Bad Cat though. I want to hear it with the extension cabinet. I also really love the Matchless Independence. A store here has one and I have to play on it every time I go in there. If they still have it in a year, I'm taking it home... or making them order another one. I want to fool around with a Bogner, but there isn't a dealer close here.
