How accurate are the Boss pedal tuners?

My Korg handheld just broke so I figure it makes sense to bite the bullet and finally get a pedal tuner, especially since I've got a few gigs coming up. How precise is the Boss? Good enough to do decent intonation when setting up a guitar etc? Or just serviceable on stage.

What else would you reccomend? I've love to get a StroboStomp or something but it's a bit out of my budget.

I just got the dean markley one (b/c it was +/- 1 cent, as apposed to boss's +/- 3) and gigged it for 3 shows. Sadly it seems a little slow to change from string to string (I've been using it with bass), and the top led died on me already (its been less then a month). So long story short its going back to guitar center and i'm getting the boss.

I just got the Planetwaves tuner not long ago and it's great. It isn't a true strobe, though - when it hits pitch the lights stop moving and a green light comes on indicating that you're on. Still, it's more accurate than my previous tuners have been, and I've had no problems intonating with it so far.

I quite enjoy the TU-2, because I play in a band...for that purpose, it is just fine. But for setups and intonation? I don't think it would work as well as one of the super-expensive tuners.
